Refund policy

We replace or refund items that arrive damaged or not as described. For online orders you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days and return unopened jars.

Damaged or incorrect items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

• We will replace or refund the affected items.

Change of mind for online orders

• You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Tell us by email, then return unopened jars within 14 days of telling us.

• We refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery if you return the whole order. Return postage is at your cost.

• We do not accept returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email ivo@rilabalkangoods.com with your order number. We will send the return address and instructions. Pack items securely in the original packaging.

Exchanges

For damaged or incorrect items we can send a like-for-like replacement. Otherwise please return for a refund and place a new order.
